Tiger Fall · Moila Top · Budher Cave · Chirmiri Sunset
Tucked away at 7,000 ft in the quiet Jaunsar-Bawar hills, Chakrata is the weekend break Dehradun keeps to itself — and it is barely 100 km from the city. In two unhurried days you will stand under the 100-ft Tiger Fall, catch a 360° sunrise from Moila Top, wander into the mysterious Budher Caves, browse a lively Pahadi market and watch one of Uttarakhand's finest sunsets from Chirmiri. It is the perfect first trip with Himalaya Highlanders if you want big mountain views without a long drive.
